Howard-Mcanear Equipment Company was founded by Stanley Howard and Charles "Bubba" McAnear in 1989. Between them they have over 70 years of experience in the heavy equipment business. Howard-McAnear provides late model, low hour heavy duty equipment to customers who wish to rent, purchase or rent to own. With over 250 pieces in our fleet we are confident that we can meet your business needs. Our market has grown from locally to internationally over the years. We are a member of the IEDA and a authorized dealer for Broce Broom and Remu screening buckets.

Howard-McAnear's nine acre main location is conveniently located in north Fort Worth Texas along Interstate 35 and Golden Triangle. Due to the rapid growth the company has experienced we now have two more locations in Temple and Longview Texas.

Our service department prides itself on providing our customers with fast onsite repair services and preventative maintenance. Our shop manager, John Kincaid has been with us for over 16 years. He is a certified CAT Electronic Technician and Engine & Transmission Specialist. John has been in the heavy equipment industry for over 20 years. Butch Mullen is our machine inspector and has been with us for over 15 years. He is also a certified CAT Electronic Technician and Engine & Powertrain Technician. He has worked on Caterpillar machines for over 25 years. We have 5 service trucks, 6 mechanics, 2 lube technicians and 2 shop technicians between our three locations. We also have a certified welder / fabricator with over 30 years of experience. With a service department like this we are confident that we can keep you up and running.
